Hangi Today the bell rang and then Mrs Stafford said, “Lets go over to the hangi,” so we did. We went in a straight line. We were watching the hangi smoke twirl into the sky. I think we should have a hangi because it is a celebration. Dylan

Room Three went over to Mrs Stafford's office. All of us stood on the steps outside the school entrance. We ran over to the the fence and there were nine pukekos. The Pukeko is a really cheeky bird.
